Main purpose of the role:
As Implementation Director - Strategic Growth Projects you will join the Firm's leadership team to drive forward our ambitious programme of growth projects ensuring each one delivers on the stated goals. You will have strong personal drive coupled with a track record of successful collaboration with multiple stakeholders to make material progress in a busy strategic projects portfolio.

Standard hours of work are 9.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch (35 hours per week). We will consider requests for flexible working, please indicate on your application if you wish to work different hours.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Working alongside the CEO, Executive Board and Project teams to deliver the programme of International and UK strategic growth projects that accelerate the delivery of our ambitious strategy.

Focused on execution and achievement. This is a role that requires you to be willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure success whilst at the same time maintaining a high level overview of deliverables across the projects portfolio.

Supporting the development of the narrative behind the strategic growth projects ensuring the benefits for our clients and people are clear.

Overseeing the portfolio of strategic growth projects identifying and managing risk and ensuring achievement of goals within the agreed timescales and cost.

Ensuring each project is delivered and embedded to create lasting change and success.

Providing visible and passionate leadership to maximise the success of our strategic growth projects. You will also develop the skills of other leadership team resources and others as required to be able to effectively deliver the strategic growth projects portfolio.

Anticipating and proactively seeking out and tackling issues that will prevent the delivery of business benefits in each projects. This will require facilitating open communication, influencing, consensus building and discussion between stakeholders.

Undertaking trouble-shooting activities on projects as required by analysing the problem and putting in place the appropriate corrective actions.

Have an understanding, and ideally experience of, working on strategic projects across Europe and South East Asia in particular. That experience will have equipped you with the cultural sensitivity to ensure strategic projects will be delivered successfully in partnership with local stakeholders.

Have an appreciation of Partnership/Professional Services environment ideally having been built by spending a material amount of time on strategic projects in the professional services sector.
