WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Part of the Leadership Team - collectively responsible for the safe & effective delivery of the agreed country business plan in line with the strategic priorities of The Trust.

Inspire and lead a high performing service delivery teams to develop and implement a direct and digital delivery plan to support disadvantaged young people each year.

Work in conjunction with other national and regional functional areas to co-design services that are informed by insight and data on the needs of young people.

Maximise contract performance and public and private income drawdown to ensure we are operating in the most efficient way for young people.

Work with the Head of Delivery Partnerships and Volunteering to service the needs of young people who are supported by our delivery partners and volunteers.

Seek new opportunities, collaborative ventures, strategic alliances / partnerships within growth industries that effectively enhance outcomes & progression routes for young people.

Foster a culture which enables teams and other stakeholders to do their very best for young people, whilst ensuring safeguarding and health and safety standards are adhered to.

Advocate Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) and continue to encourage positive change through the implementation of a local action plan that supports our overall aims within EDI.

Support the Country Leadership by providing timely, consistent and accurate reporting on the monitoring of key performance indicators across the service delivery function.

Demonstrate your leadership style and ability to manage diverse teams with different personality traits, learning styles and diverse EDI characteristics.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Part of the Leadership Team - Inspire a high performing team with collective responsibility for the safe & effective delivery of the agreed country business plan in line with the strategic priorities of The Trust.

Work with the Head of Service Delivery and other colleagues to form a delivery plan that is aligned with the overall strategic aims to achieve the best outcomes for young people.

Oversee the development and maintenance of a network of high-quality delivery, and other related partnerships - all working to deliver consistent and safe services for young people.

Work to the guidelines set by the Volunteer & Secondments Partners to provide a first-class service ensuring all volunteers are appropriately recruited, trained, supported and deployed.

Work with colleagues across Programme Development, Marketing & Fundraising to achieve local plans and manage budgets to enhance service delivery and achieve alignment with funding.

Proactively engage and positively support young volunteers through our Young Ambassadors and Youth Forums, ensuring these are aligned with national frameworks and standards.

Successfully deliver a number of significant funding partnerships and ensure full income drawdown is achieved, and all aspects of contract monitoring and performance are undertaken.

Lead and support specialist volunteer groups that enhance our work with young people across all communities (Mosaic Regional Leadership Groups / Advisory Committee / Youth Forums)
